La Farraja
La Farraja is a spacious, garden-level rural house, entirely on one floor with no steps. It accommodates 6 guests, with the possibility of adding up to 3 extra beds. The house is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
It features 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen. There is also a large terrace with a private seating area for exclusive use.
In addition, you can enjoy all the shared facilities*: a garden, barbecue, games room with pool table and table tennis, and of course the swimming pool located in another large garden very close to the house.

Upon your arrival, we will welcome you and show you the accommodation as well as the rest of the facilities. We live nearby and are available throughout your stay.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, glassware, and all the utensils needed for cooking and serving your meals. It includes a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as tablecloths, kitchen towels, kitchen paper, dishwashing soap, etc. You will also find an oil and vinegar set and small amounts of salt and sugar.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living room includes all the necessary furniture: table, chairs, sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables. It also features a fireplace with firewood provided, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, a small library, and information about the area.
THE BEDROOMS
The first bedroom was originally the chicken coop, now transformed into a spacious room with a private bathroom. It has a double bed (150x190 cm), bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, chairs, a table, and a storage chest. Its generous size allows for one or two extra beds or a cot.
The second bedroom, facing south, was once a courtyard surrounded by rabbit hutches. It includes a double bed (150x190 cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe, a table, chairs, a storage chest, and a freestanding coat rack. An extra bed or a cot can also be added.
The third bedroom used to be the dovecote, and you can still see the preserved pigeon nests on one of the walls. This room offers a double bed (150x190 cm), bedside tables, a writing desk, chairs, a built-in wardrobe, and shelves. There is enough space to add one or two extra beds or a cot.
THE BATHROOMS
The first bedroom has a small but complete bathroom with a bathtub. It is equipped with towels, toilet paper, hand soap, a hairdryer, and a waste bin.
The second bathroom is located above the old water cistern. It is a large and accessible bathroom suitable for guests with reduced mobility, featuring a spacious walk-in shower. It also includes towels, toilet paper, hand soap, a hairdryer, and a waste bin.
NOTES
1. The description above reflects the standard equipment and services of our facilities, but they may vary slightly (number and type of beds, furniture, etc.) depending on the needs of each group.
2. Water, electricity, gas, and firewood consumption; the use of bed linen, towels, tablecloths, napkins, etc.; as well as all services in the accommodation and the rest of the facilities (barbecue, washing machine, iron, detergents, etc.) are included in the rental price.
3. We do not provide meals, and all food-related expenses are the responsibility of the guests.
