Rules and conditions

The following rules and conditions must be respected in all their points from the moment the reservation is made, upon arrival at the house, throughout the stay, and until departure. Otherwise, the owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the reservation or stay, and require immediate eviction, with no refund under any circumstances.

1. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the house. The exact number of adults, children, and infants under 2 years old who will stay in the house must be specified at the time of booking.

2. A crib is available for children under 2 years old.

3. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, and bath towels. Pool towels are not included.

4. Water, electricity, and heating consumption are included in the total price of the stay, and therefore the use of devices that alter the expected supply consumption is not permitted. It is strictly forbidden to plug in electric cars without the express authorization of the owner. Any use must be communicated in advance and the conditions agreed upon: how, where, and the price.

5. Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed with the owner.

6. It is not permitted to bring furniture, sound equipment, or similar items into the house, nor to carry out any type of construction work.

7. The house and its surroundings may not be used for activities other than those agreed upon. Activities or behaviour contrary to hygiene, normal coexistence, or public order are also prohibited.

8. Deposit payment: the reservation will only be effective once the client has paid 25% of the total price of the stay.

9. Cancellation policy: if, after confirming the reservation and paying the deposit, the client decides to cancel, the deposit will be refunded as follows:

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date.

• 50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date.

• No refund if cancelled 15 days or fewer before the arrival date.

10. The owner reserves the right to require a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay to cover any damage to furniture, utensils, facilities, or equipment. This deposit will be returned if no damage is found.

11. Check-in and check-out times will be agreed upon in each case.
