We will show you the house and installations at your arrival so you can feel at easy at our place.
You will find a clean, ready house, with the fireplace lightened (winter), the rooms ready and the beds made and adapted to your needs.
Each accommodation is completely independent, has central heating and all the services needed. Besides, there are a number of areas which are common to all the guests in both lodgements.

COMMON SPACES
Furthermore we have some spaces, inside or outside the house, which are common to all our guests.
Inside
- It is a small attached building to Les Corts where you will find a room with sink, washing machine, iron, drying area and all the products that you might need such as washing powder, detergents, etc. There is also a small first aid kit and a cupboard with spare towels, etc.
- The old dunghill located in the ground floor of Les Corts it is now a room of 60 squared metres under a magnificent stone vault. It is a multipurpose room with central heating, refrigerator for drinks, table tennis, games, etc. An incomparable space for recreational use, to hide from the summer heat or to fit a table for big groups.
Outside
- The rural accommodations are located inside a wide closed ground with garden, lawn, swimming pool, and an interesting sample of aromatic and medical plants, flowers, etc. It also has a porch with barbecue, a table made of stone, benches and garden furniture... The accommodations and the patios enjoy magnificent panoramic views alike.
- Exclusive parking space available for our guests outside the gardened area.

FOR KIDS
- The location, layout and facilities of La Farraja and Les Corts de Cal Farrés make it very agreable for the little ones of the house.
- We are located at 2.5 km. (3 minute driving) from Calaf, where you would find a CAP (medical centre), chemist, supermarkets, bakery and other shops, restaurants, banks, etc.
- Both houses are wide enough for kids to play and move around without any danger. We do have some toys and games, a regular cot and a travel cot.
- The houses, the multipurpose room and the gardened area are all placed inside a closed area where the kids can play free with no danger.

THE HUMAN TEAM
- The houses are completely independent and have all the things that you might need but we are just nearby and at your service to try to solve any problem, unexpected event, doubt or curiosity that you may have during your stay.

NOTES:
- The consumption of water, electricity, gas and firewood; the use of sheets and other linen, towels, tablecloths, napkins, etc., as well as the use of all the services in the accommodation and the rest of installations (barbecue, washing machine, iron, detergents, etc.) are all included in the price of the house.
- We do not serve food and you are in charge of all the expenses in food. You will find a small quantity of oil, vinegar, salt, coffee and sugar in the houses which will not be refilled once you have use it during your stay. We can have at your disposal a small set of local products to eat at your arrival if you previously order it.
